Abstract
Company GlobalNine Indonesia conducts annual performance appraisals once a year, using a rating scale of < 70 as low, 71-80 as medium, and >80 as high, to evaluate employee contributions. Low ratings will be addressed through training, medium ratings will be maintained through encouragement and rewards, while high ratings will be supported by a work-life balance arrangement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of discipline, work environment, and motivation on employee performance at PT. GlobalNine Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population in this study consists of all 35 employees of PT. GlobalNine Indonesia. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with a census technique, where the entire population of less than 100 members is used as the sample. This study had 35 samples from employees at GlobalNine Indonesia. Data processing was performed using SPSS version 27. The results of this study indicate that discipline has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 3.706 > t-table 1.69952 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The work environment variable does not have a partial positive effect and is not significant on employee performance with a t-value of 0. 034 < t table 1.69552 and a significance value of 0.973 > 0.05. The motivation variable does not have a partial positive effect and is not significant on employee performance, with a t-value of -0.802 < t table 1.69952 and a significance value of 0.429 > 0.05. It also has a significant positive simultaneous effect on the variables of discipline, work environment, and motivation on employee performance with a calculated F value of 5.534 > F table 2.91 and a significant value of 0.004 < 0.05. The dominant independent variable affecting employee performance discipline, with a beta value of 0.519 and a significant value of 0.001.
