Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of skill level and work experience on employee job satisfaction at the Asco Daihatsu Bekasi Tambun Selatan branch office. The research approach used is quantitative with a survey method. The sample size consists of 32 employees selected using probability sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results indicate that skill level has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, which also has a positive and significant influence. Together, skill level (X 1 ) and utilization of work experience (X 2 ) are proven to play an important role in enhancing employee job satisfaction. These findings emphasize that improving skills and utilizing work experience are important approaches for companies to create a conducive work environment and strengthen employee Job satisfaction.
