Abstract

This report is compiled based on the Field Work Practice (PKL) activities carried out at PT. Cipta Bintara Engineering, especially in the Accounting Division. The purpose of implementing this PKL is to directly understand the financial administration process carried out in a construction company environment, as well as to apply the knowledge that has been obtained during the lecture period. In its implementation, the author was involved in various administrative activities, such as daily expenditure recapitulation, preparation of employee payroll reports, management of project workforce absences, document archiving, project inventory recapitulation, and documentation of field activities. The methods used in data collection include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results of the internship activities show that the financial administration process at PT.Cipta Bintara Engineering has been running systematically, but there are still obstacles such as late data from the field, recording that is not yet fully digital, and lack of coordination between divisions. These obstacles are important lessons for improving work efficiency through system digitization and strengthening internal communication. This report is expected to contribute to improving the quality of the company's financial administration and become a practical reference for students in understanding the world of work directly.
