Abstract

This internship was conducted at the Hajj and Umrah Administration Section (PHU) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Bekasi City, from August 22, 2025 to October 22, 2025. The purpose of this internship was to understand the document verification procedures for Hajj registration requirements and to identify problems that occur in the administrative service process. The methods used in preparing this report were direct observation and interviews with PHU service officers. Observations were carried out on the Hajj registration service flow, document verification process, and data input and validation through the Integrated Hajj Computerized System (SISKOHAT). The results show that the document verification procedure has been implemented in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), starting from document submission, data verification, to data entry into the system to obtain a queue number. However, several obstacles were found, such as incomplete documents, data discrepancies, long queues, and technical system issues. Overall, the Hajj registration service has been carried out professionally, transparently, and accountably.
