Abstract

Internship Report of Economics Study Program, Accounting Study Program, Tri Bhakti College of Economics entitled "Pension Fund Submission Information System at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch Office", has the objective of fulfilling one of the course requirements and knowing the pension fund submission system at Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch Office, as well as the service process for retired customers. This research was conducted at Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch Office which is a banking company that is a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and PT Taspen (Persero). This company focuses on banking services for the civil and military pension segments in Indonesia. The methods used in the internship activities include direct observation, documentation studies, and active involvement in the company's operational activities. The claim payment system at Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch Office has been carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) which is described in the flowchart starting from the claim submission to the receipt of the right to the benefit value, so that the payment activities can run smoothly. The inclusion of a bibliography and attachments also completes this report.
