Abstract

Human resources are strategic assets that play an important role in supporting the sustainability and achievement of a company's goals. Therefore, an effective human resource procurement process and well-planned training implementation are required to improve employee competence and performance. This internship report aims to identify the human resource procurement process which includes recruitment and selection, as well as the implementation of employee training activities at CV. Fortuna Argatech. In addition, this report also aims to identify the obstacles faced in its implementation and analyze the improvement efforts carried out by the company. The methods used in this internship activity are direct observation, interviews with related parties, and documentation of the recruitment, selection, and employee training processes in the Human Resource Development (HRD) department.
