Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the production part of PT. GS Electech Indonesia, West Cikarang Regency, which has not combined the evaluation of employee capability, monitoring defect products, and scheduling replacement employees in order to reduce the number of defective products through a flowchart proposal that combines the three things above with the document flow chart analysis method. There are four stages of research.The four stages are (1) Interview, observation and study of literature, (2) Flow chart of employee skills evaluation document, flow chart of defect product monitoring document, employee scheduling flow chart, (3) Proposal of merging document flow, (4) Proposal monitor display and report.
