Abstract

This internship report of the Economics Study Program, Accounting Department, Tri Bhakti School of Economics, entitled “Cash Disbursement Recording Procedures at PT Hinoka Alsindo Tekni” aims to determine the cash disbursement recording procedures implemented at PT Hinoka Alsindo Tekni. The methods used in this study were interviews, observation, and literature review. The results of the internship research indicate that the cash disbursement recording procedure begins with fund requests, examination and approval, transaction execution, submission of transaction evidence, recording transactions in Microsoft Excel, and document filing. The obstacle encountered was that the recording process was still carried out manually. Therefore, the company is advised to utilize an accounting information system to minimize input errors and improve data processing efficiency.
