Abstract
The rapid advancement of information technology in the digital era has encouraged higher education institutions to manage data quickly, accurately, and systematically to support decision-making processes. One of the most important types of data is lecturer performance data, as it serves as the basis for evaluating, developing, and improving the quality of human resources. At STIKES Medistra Indonesia, the Human Resources Development Unit (UPSDM) is responsible for managing lecturer performance data, including attendance records, Lecturer Workload (BKD), Lecturer Evaluation by Students (EDOM), and other lecturer activities. The purpose of this internship report is to identify the procedures for managing lecturer performance data and the challenges encountered during the management process at STIKES Medistra Indonesia. The methods used in preparing this internship report include observation, interviews, documentation, and direct work practice. The results of the internship indicate that the lecturer performance data management process begins with collecting lecturer performance data, preparing lecturer performance reports, conducting verification by the lecturers, obtaining approval from the Vice Chair II and the Chairperson of the Foundation, and finally returning the approved reports to the respective lecturers. During the internship, several challenges were identified, including the lack of integration between the digital attendance system and the lecturer leave and permission submission process, resulting in manual data reconciliation, as well as the manual processing of Lecturer Evaluation by Students (EDOM) data using Microsoft Excel, which requires considerable time. Therefore, STIKES Medistra Indonesia is expected to develop a more integrated data management system through administrative digitalization and optimization of its information system to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of lecturer performance data management.
