Abstract

The Field Work Practice Report titled "Implementation of Pension Claim Submission Service Procedure at PT. Taspen (Persero) KC Bekasi" from the Management Study Program, Tri Bhakti School of Economics, focuses on two problem formulations, namely the procedure for submitting pension service requests at PT. Taspen (Persero) KC Bekasi and the effectiveness of the claim payment procedure implementation in the company. This research was conducted at PT. Taspen (Persero) Branch Office Bekasi, a company that provides social insurance for Civil Servants (PNS). The methods used in this research include active participation, observation, and interviews. PT. Taspen (Persero) Branch Office Bekasi has a series of stages in delivering services, which must be followed according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), starting from the submission of requirements until the approval of the claimed benefits for pension participants.
