Abstract
The purpose of this internship report is to find out how to market/promote a service directly to customers. Know how to provide customer service. The basic method used is observation, interview. During my internship, I have been involved in various operational aspects and gained valuable insights into recipes, food preparation processes and customer satisfaction. From the results of the internship report that the level of service at Good Fried Chicken Ayam Geprek should be given more attention to be evaluated and further improved in order to improve the quality of customer service.
