Abstract

The Lilin Bangsa Intercultural School Pre- University Foundation (LIBS) is a fast tract school, which serves the purpose of students graduating quickly by getting a degree with the condition of continuing abroad. Pre – The university partners with overseas universities whereby students who graduate directly proceed to their chosen electives. During school time, students use a school fee payment system using a foreign currency, namely USD, where if it is converted into rupiah, the appearance is so large when compared to the duration of paying school fees and several obstacles in the payment process experienced by parents/guardians of students. Therefore the author will help by making payment procedures by reducing the burden at the time of payment and solutions to the obstacles experienced when paying school fees, making payment terms in the form of installments and overcoming obstacles by confirming or reminding in advance what the school fee payer is. required at the time of payment of school fees.
