Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the Bisma Website in the management of employee administration at the Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi of Bekasi Regency, using relevant theories such as explanations regarding Human Resource Management in government and theories regarding Salaries and Benefits for Civil Servants . Obtaining data using interview or interview methods, observation, and documentation. Regarding the function of the SITA feature, verifying employee absences, and inputting periodic salaries on the BISMA website. Thus the Bekasi Integrated Management System (BISMA) is used to integrate ASN data on regional apparatus in Bekasi Regency which is arranged in a systematic, comprehensive and integrated technology-based manner. The BISMA website has a very important role for ASN employees because it helps make personnel administration management easier and more efficient.
