Abstract
Customer Service is any activity intended or directed towards providing satisfaction to customers, through the services rendered by an individual, so as to meet customers' desiresand needs. The functions and tasks of customer service must be thoroughly understood so that a customer service representative can perform their duties optimally. This internship was conducted at PT Jendela Pulsa Indonesia, with a focus on understanding the role of customer service in the MILI application. The data collection method employed was observation of the objects present at PT Jendela Pulsa Indonesia and literature study as areference to support the theories used by the author. Customer service in the MILI application plays a crucial role in addressing consumer issues. Effective communication using language that is easy to understand, clear, and exhibiting patience when explaining problems experienced by customers is one of the communication strategies employed by customer service in the MILI application.
