Abstract

In the industrial world, the production process is something that cannot be separated. Therefore, it is imperative for all business people to be able to ensure that it runs well in order to get optimal profits. To be able to carry out the company's activities, the company needs a system, with this system it is hoped that an integrated network of procedures will be created for the smooth operation of the company. Without a system, the company will not be able to produce a product or service to the fullest. This field work practice was carried out on April 25 – June 25 2023 at PT. Indonesia Epson Industry Industrial Park Lot 4E, Jl. Cisokan Raya, Sukaresmi, South Cikarang. The purpose of this field work practice is to find out how the production system cycle at PT. Indonesia Epson Industry. A system is a part or element of an organization or organization that is interconnected and works together to achieve a goal. Production is a processing process starting from raw materials, work in process to finished good products that have added value. The production system is the activity of converting inputs into outputs that provide added value where the resulting output is expected to be of good quality, low price, right amount, right time of delivery. As long as the writer carries out field work practices, During the writer carrying out field work practices the writer learned about the production system applied at PT. Indonesia Epson Industry. The production system applied at PT. Indonesia Epson Industry is running quite well. All production processes are carried out following a system determined by the company manager. An overview of the system used can be seen in the flowchart image regarding the production flow from the start of planning until the product is finished packing. The printing stage is the product determining stage, at this stage there are two possibilities : NG products and OK products. NG products will be taken to repair and returned to the production line when the cause has been found, while OK products will immediately proceed to the next process.
