Abstract

Internship Report, Bekasi: This field work practice focuses on the online sales cycle of CV. Jagoan Helm which aims to find out how the sales cycle is in CV. Jagoan Helm. The method used is observation to find out the application of the online sales cycle in CV. Jagoan Helm and the authors also use library research to study and collect theories that are relevant to the subject matter, namely the online sales cycle. The sales cycle is one of the important cycles in supporting business processes, this is because the sales cycle is related to the company's main activities. Companies that experience a lack of information on activities that occur within the company will have difficulties resulting in not achieving company goals. CV. Jagoan Helm is a company engaged in the motorcycle apparel trade. In the sales process, the document is only made in duplicate, so it does not have an archive if it is to do data recording, this causes the document to be easily lost. Based on the results of this work practice it can be concluded that the application of the online sales cycle on CV. Jagoan Helm is not suitable and the author wants to provide a solution for documenting the online sales cycle.
