Abstract

Payroll is a form of remuneration or appreciation that is given regularly to an employee for his services and work results, therefore salary is an important element in a company. Payroll must be completed correctly and appropriately because salary is one of the motivations for employees to work disciplined and give their best. This Field Work Practice Report was carried out at PT Deksha Orla Tranggana which is a full service agency company such as administration services, digital printing (banners, flyers, etc.), event management (gathering, launching, etc.), and so on. Fieldwork Practical Methods used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The salary calculation procedure at the PT Deksha Orla Tranggana company uses a payroll system that is well implemented. There are several obstacles caused by delays in receiving employee salaries due to manually recording employee absences.
