Abstract

This Field Work Practice Report, titled "The Role of Customer Service in Opening Physical Securities Accounts at PT MNC Sekuritas," is one of the requirements for fulfilling the course in the Management Study Program at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tri Bhakti. The writing of this report is based on the author's internship activities at PT MNC Sekuritas. PT MNC Sekuritas is a financial services company engaged in the capital market sector, providing a complete range of securities services including equity, online trading, APERD, fixed income, and investment banking. The report focuses on one main problem statement: how the role of customer service in the process of opening physical securities accounts at PT MNC Sekuritas enables customers to conduct transactions in various traded capital market products. The methods used in this fieldwork practice include active participation, observation, and literature study. PT MNC Sekuritas has a series of stages in delivering its services, starting from the submission of requirements to the approval of the opening of customer securities accounts. The process of opening securities accounts is carried out by customer service.
