Abstract

This internship report aims to find out how the process of handling common obstacles occurs and what marketing strategies and customer relations strategies are carried out by CV. Maju Bersama Land Property in the property sector. The data sources in this Internship Report are literature studies and field studies. The methods used in making this Internship Report are interviews, observation and literature study. From the results of this Internship Report, it is known that the method used was direct observation in the internship environment with the aim of collecting data and even carrying out interactions and several work processes to find out problems that usually occur in the internship environment at CV. Maju Bersama Land Property both in its marketing and sales processes when interacting with consumers. After I made observations from the 3 methods above, there were several obstacles that occurred in CV companies. Maju Bersama Land Property is not only in marketing but in managing customer mortgage applications, whether it's the name of a blacklisted customer or obstacles in financing according to the potential customer's capabilities, from here I learned not only to increase the quality of the marketing strategy, but also to increase the quality service by helping consumers to overcome the obstacles that occur.
