Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Compensation and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Non-Medical Employees (Outsourcing) at Primaya Hospital East Bekasi ". This study uses a quantitative method or approach. Each question from each variable is measured using the Likert scale method. The type of data used in this study is primary data taken from the questionnaire data obtained from 100 employees of Primaya Hospital Bekasi Timur by filling out the questionnaire that has been distributed. From the results of this study, the results of multiple regression analysis were obtained with an influence of Y=9,962 + 0,436X1 + 0,328X2. The results of the determination coefficient analysis were obtained at 0,609 which stated that the Compensation and Organizational Culture variables contributed 60,9%. The results of the t-test analysis were obtained = 4,148> 1.661 and 2,627> 1.661 and f-test = 75,682> 2.70 which stated that there was a significant partial and simultaneous influence between the Compensation and Organizational Culture variables on Employee Performance
