Abstract

This fieldwork report discusses the subject matter of the service process at the Drinking Water Technology Center (BTAM), focusing on the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of services provided, including obstacles that arise during its implementation. The purpose of this fieldwork practice is to understand the process and quality of services at BTAM. This research uses interviews with relevant parties, direct observation, literature study, and active participation in BTAM activities. The data obtained from this report includes the results of a service survey at the Drinking Water Technology Center (BTAM). Most respondents assessed technical and administrative requirements in accordance with service standards. The data results show that most respondents rated the technical and administrative requirements as in accordance with the standards, the service was considered fast and easy to understand, although there were complaints regarding the speed of water quality testing. The majority of respondents also assessed that the tariff offered was in accordance with applicable regulations.
