Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment on the Performance of Line 5 Group at PT Osung Garment". This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance in the company. The method used in this research is a survey with data collection through questionnaires distributed to line 5 employees at PT Osung Garment. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence between work motivation and work environment on employee performance. High work motivation can increase employee morale and productivity, while a conducive work environment contributes to work comfort and effectiveness. It is hoped that this research can provide input for the management of PT Osung Garment in its efforts to improve employee performance through better management of motivation and work environment.
