Abstract

This Field Work Practice Report is compiled as a result of an internship at the C-QUA Refill Drinking Water Depot located on Jalan Rajawali Perumnas 1, Bekasi. This depot has been operating for 21 years and focuses on providing refill drinking water using filtration and disinfection methods to ensure water quality and safety. This research aims to examine the filtration and disinfection system, study the marketing strategies implemented, and assess the services and products provided by C-QUA. The research methods used include direct observation, interviews with relevant parties, and documentation analysis. The results of the research show that the filtration and disinfection systems at C-QUA are effective in maintaining water quality, although there are some areas that can be improved. However, there are still some aspects of the service that need to be enhanced based on customer feedback. This report provides recommendations for improvements in the filtration process, marketing strategies, and customer service to increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency of the depot. Thus, it is expected that C-QUA can continue to develop and meet the needs of the community optimally.
