Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether product quality and service quality affect purchasing decisions at the Bantar Gebang Bekasi traditional market. The population used in this study were consumers who made purchases at the Bantar Gebang Bekasi Traditional Market with an infinite population in a sample consisting of 97 consumers or buyers. The results of the multiple linear regression test can be stated in the unstandardized coefficients column Y = 3.976 + 1.599 (X1) + 0.593 (X2) + 2 part B obtained the value of X1 for the product quality variable of 1.599, the value of X2 for the service quality variable of 0.593 and the constant value of 3.976. Based on the hypothesis test, it shows that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Bantar Gebang Bekasi Traditional Market, service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Bantar Gebang Bekasi Traditional Market while product quality and service quality together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Bantar Gebang Bekasi Traditional Market.
