Abstract

This internship report aims to examine the public service procedures implemented at the Public Service Mall (MPP) of Bekasi City, with a focus on the service flow, encountered challenges, and improvement efforts. The methods used in this report include direct observation, interviews with service officers, and documentation studies of service procedures and policies. The internship findings show that the service procedures at MPP Bekasi are systematically and integratively designed, starting from the initial arrival of applicants to the completion of services. However, several challenges are still encountered, such as limited service quotas, low digital literacy among the public, and technical disruptions in digital systems. To overcome these issues, MPP Bekasi has carried out several efforts, including enhanced digital outreach, direct assistance, and strengthened inter-agency coordination. It is expected that through these continuous improvements, public services at MPP Bekasi can operate more effectively, efficiently, and be more responsive to the needs of the community
