Abstract

This internship report aims to identify the quality of document archiving services at PT Megayasa Teknologi Indonesia and the obstacles encountered during the process. The methods used include observation, interviews, documentation, literature study, and direct field practice over two months in the Proposal Division. The results show that physical document archiving is carried out systematically; however, there are still challenges such as the absence of written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), delays in archiving, and a lack of integrated digital systems. In addition, technical issues such as slow-performing equipment also affect service effectiveness. Nevertheless, manual archiving has been implemented quite well and neatly. Improvements are needed through the development of written SOPs and the implementation of a digital archiving system to ensure faster, more efficient, and organized services.
