Abstract

This study aims to systematically describe the administrative processes and document management at PT. Pluit Autoplaza (Honda Pluit), an automotive company engaged in the sales and after-sales services of motor vehicles. The main focus is to understand the workflow of administrative tasks, document archiving methods, and the information management system implemented by the company. The research was conducted through direct observation, interviews, and document analysis during an internship program. The findings indicate that PT. Pluit Autoplaza has implemented a well-structured administrative system that combines both manual and digital methods. The management of documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and financial reports is carried out with attention to accuracy and data security. However, several challenges remain, such as delays in recording and the underutilization of information technology. Therefore, it is recommended that the company further enhance its efficiency by fully adopting a comprehensive digital document management system.
