Abstract

School administration plays a crucial role in the smooth operation and administration of an educational institution. This study aims to comprehensively examine various aspects related to school administration, including document and archive management, administrative services for students, teachers, and staff, and the use of information technology in improving work efficiency. Through literature studies and analysis of field practices, this study identifies the challenges faced by administrative staff and opportunities for developing a more effective and responsive administrative system to the needs of school stakeholders. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of optimal school administration standard operating procedures (SOPs) and improving the quality of administrative services in the educational environment.
