Abstract

Development in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is very rapid, characterized by the emergence of many new industries. Growing competition requires the company to be more advanced. This research aims to test the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee job satisfaction PT. Kreasi Logam Utama. The population in this study is the total number of employees of PT. Kreasi Logam Utama as many as 50 people. The sample withdrawal technique in this study uses non probability sampling technique type sampling saturated with the number of samples that are 50 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaires that had already been conducted validity tests and rehabilitation tests. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis tests namely t test and F test with the help of SPSS 21.0 software program. The results of this study show that the variables of the work environment and work disciplines negatively and significantly affect employee job satisfaction.
