Abstract

Objective – This research aims to test and analyse the relationship between the influence of Asset Structure, Capital Structure, and Profitability on Firm Value. Design/Methodology/Approach – This research uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study consists of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2024, totalling 101 companies. The sample in this study consists of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2024, totalling 28 companies. The number of observations in this study is 140. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis using the views9 software. Findings – The results of this study indicate that the asset structure variable does not have a insignificant effect on firm value. The capital structure variable has a positive and significant effect on the firm value. The profitability variable does not have a insignificant effect on firm value. Research limittation/implication - This research is expected to provide information about the company's value and to be beneficial in decision-making, as well as to serve as a reference for future research. Originality/Value – Many studies on company value have been conducted, but the research results still show inconsistencies. In addition, the differences between the research objects and the methods of using the variable indicators also lead to varied results. These differences create a research gap that needs to be further investigated. Therefore, this research aims to discuss asset structure, capital structure, and profitability focusing on food and beverage sub-sector companies for the period 2020-2024 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
