Abstract

The implementation of Field Work Practice aims to gain insight, knowledge, and new experiences before entering the world of work. The production process is very important in a manufacturing company. The production process is an activity of how to make finished products from raw materials involving machinery, energy, technical knowledge, and others. Planning the production process will show the use of production components within the company. The purpose of this research is to find out in general the real and direct production activities of a company at PT Mattel Indonesia, Tbk. Data obtained directly from the party concerned or the company. Obtaining data using interview or interview methods, observation or direct observation, documentation and literature study. Based on the research results it can be concluded that the production process at PT. Mattel Indonesia,Tbk went through several stages, namely the Grooming Process, IC and J-Hook Process, Torso and Costume Datecode Process, Head Shooting (Pin) Process and Hair Tidying, Accessories Manufacturing and Installation, Join Head and Wais Pin Process, TTI Process, Pressing Process, Packing Process. The implementation of the production process also requires good production planning and control so that the production process at the company can run smoothly by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the production factors of machinery and labor.
