Abstract

The process of using telemarketing or outbound calls in increasing new indihome users has an important role for effectiveness in increasing the number of indihome customers. This writing aims to find out how the process of using telemarketing or outbound calls in increasing new indihome users. The methods used in this report are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that telemarketing users at PT. Telkom is effectively able to increase the number of Indihome users. However, there are obstacles in implementing this strategy, such as rejection from customers and inconvenience from customers. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out continuous optimization and evaluation to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of telemarketing strategies in increasing Indihome users at PT. Telkom.
