The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effects of Workload and Compensation on Employee Turnover. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of the entire population of 30 employees. While the analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Workload (X1) has a partial positive and significant effect on employee turnover (Y), this can be proven by the regression coefficient of 0.263 and the calculated t value of 2.416 > t table value 2.052, and significance value of 0.023 < 0.05. Compensation (X2) has a partial positive and significant effect on Employee Turnover (Y), this can be proven by the regression coefficient of 0.251 and a calculated t value of 2.422 > t table value 2.052 and significance value of 0.022 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Workload and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Turnover. The adjusted R-squared value is 0.790 which shows that the dependent variable, namely Employee Turnover, which can be explained by the independent variables in this study is 79%, while the remaining 21% is explained by other variables outside the variables used by this research model..
