Abstract
This Field Work Practice Report is entitled "Administrative Procedures for Inpatient Claims at Pinna Hospital on the Use of BPJS Kesehatan". This Field Work Practice Report aims to find out the administrative procedures for claims for inpatient BPJS Kesehatan patients at Pinna Hospital. This Field Work Practice Report uses a qualitative approach with observation and interview methods. Based on this report, the BPJS Kesehatan claim administration procedure carried out by employees to collect needs to go through several stages, such as checking the completeness of documents, inputting INA-CBGs claims, recapitulating services, merging documents, monitoring and sorting documents. This claim administration is the key to ensuring timely and accurate settlement of claims to BPJS.
