Abstract
One of the important roles of nutrition services is to improve the nutritional status of patients in hospitals so that it is hoped that this can speed up the healing process and shorten the length of stay. The aim of this internship is to understand the food storage and dispensing system in order to fulfill patient nutrition at Primaya Hospital East Bekasi. Material storage is a procedure for organizing, storing, maintaining the safety of dry and wet food materials, both in quality and quantity, both dry and wet in food storage warehouses, accompanied by recording and reporting. The results of the internship report show the food procurement system starting from ordering and purchasing, receiving, storing and distributing food ingredients. And food processing starts from menu variations using a 10 + 1 day menu cycle.
