Abstract

Internship Report of Economics Study Program, Accounting Study Program, Tri Bhakti College of Economics entitled "Procedure for Submitting Mantap Pension Credit at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch Office", has the objective of fulfilling one of the course requirements and knowing the procedure for submitting Mantap Pension Credit at Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch Office. This research was conducted at Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch Office which is a banking company which is a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and PT Taspen (Persero). This company focuses on banking services for the civil and military pensioner segments in Indonesia. The data collection techniques used are documentation and literature study. The results of the research conducted at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch Office show that the procedure for implementing the submission and document requirements for Mantap Pension Credit (KMP) of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Bekasi Branch Office has been regulated in the SOP which is described by the author through a flowchart starting from the customer submitting the credit to credit disbursement. so that the credit submission activity can run smoothly.
