Abstract

The internship report of the Accounting Study Program, Tri Bhakti College of Economics is entitled “Procedures for Completing Annual SPT for Individual Taxpayers through e-filing at the Agustinus Jeneo Accountant Services Office (KJA)”. The purpose of making an internship report is to find out how the procedure for reporting the Annual SPT of individual taxpayers through e-filing or djp online. This research was conducted at the Agustinus Jeneo Accountant Services Office (KJA) which is a company engaged in accounting and taxation, the type of product offered is SPT filling services. The data collection technique used is a field study consisting of (interviews and observations) and literature. Based on the results and discussion of this study that KJA Agustinus Jeneo has reported the annual SPT of individual taxpayers through e-Filing in accordance with the Directorate General of Taxes Regulation Number PER-1 / PJ / 2014. However, there are obstacles to taxpayers who do not provide complete and correct information, thus hindering the annual SPT reporting procedure by tax consultants. So it is hoped that tax consultants can be more assertive and make deeper observations of taxpayers who use tax services.
