Abstract

The purpose of this internship is to find out how the relationship between digitalization and service effectiveness at the Bekasi City Public Service Mall. The methods used during the internship are observation and direct interviews with the staff of the Bekasi City Public Service Mall. The author conducted a study by distributing questionnaires to find out how the relationship between digitalization and service effectiveness at the Bekasi City Public Service Mall. From the results of the research that has been conducted, it shows that digitalization has a positive and significant effect on service effectiveness at the Bekasi City Public Service Mall.
