Abstract

Internship report of Accounting Study Program. Tri Bhakti College of Economics entitled "Payment Procedure for Bills Using the Sakti Application at the Pusat Pengembangan Sistem Seleksi Unit at Badan Kepegawaian Negara". The purpose of this internship report is to find out how the payment recording procedure is when a bill comes in. This research was conducted at Badan Kepegawaian Negara which is a Central Government Institution formed to carry out certain government tasks from the President. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, literature study, and documentation methods. The results of the research conducted at the State Civil Service Agency showed that the submission of SPM through the payment module on the SAKTI application, verification and approval by the State Treasury Official on duty at the Central Selection System Development work unit, namely PPK, and Assistant Expenditure Treasurer. Through the Direct mechanism (LS) or Stock Money (UP).
