Abstract

This report discusses the Land Administration Process in the Land Planning and Procurement Division at the Housing, Residential Areas and Land Agency (DISPERKIMTAN) of Bekasi City. This activity is part of the internship implementation which aims to provide students with a practical understanding of the stages in land administration management. The administrative process carried out includes data collection, archiving correspondence, compiling minutes, and implementing meetings and coordination activities. In its implementation, several obstacles were found such as limited work support facilities and ineffective data transfer methods. This report emphasizes the importance of a systematic administrative process and adequate support for facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of land administration optimally.
