Abstract

This Field Work Practice (PKL) or Internship report is prepared based on activities carried out by the author in the Finance Division of PT Rajawwali Konsultan Manajemen. The purpose of the implementation of Field Work Practice (PKL) or Internship is to gain real work experience and apply the knowledge that has been obtained in lectures, especially in the field of financial accounting. The method used in the preparation of this report is the field study method, which includes interviews and direct observation, as well as literature study as a theoretical basis. During the implementation of Field Work Practices (PKL) or Internship, the author was involved in the activity of recording financial transactions, and tax administration. From the results of observation, it was found that there were still manual records and document filing systems that were not optional. This finding shows the need to increase efficiency through the implementation of an integrated digital system. The conclusion from the implementation of this Field Work Practice (PKL) or Internship is that practical experience is very important to complement the theory that has been learned, and provide a real picture of the challenges and solutions in the company’s financial processes.
