Abstract

Preparing verification procedures for the completeness of performance allowance data for honorary teachers at the Junior High School (SMP) level at the Bekasi City Education Office. The original purpose of this internship activity was to understand the administrative process and data verification procedures as the basis for the disbursement of performance allowances for honorary teachers. The verification process starts from the collection of documents by the school, checking the completeness of the data by the verification team, to inputting data into the financial system. The results of this internship activity prove that data verification is an important stage in maintaining accountability for the distribution of allowances, and preventing administrative errors and data discrepancies. Through this activity, the author gained direct experience in terms of personnel data management and the importance of coordination between schools and the Education Office.
