Abstract
This report examines the implementation of service procedures for first pension claims at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bekasi Branch, as part of the Field Work Practice by a Management Study Program student at STIE Tri Bhakti. The study aims to analyze document management, the procedure for submitting first pension claims, and the enrollment and authentication process via the Andal by Taspen application. The methodology includes observation, interviews, and document analysis during the internship. Findings indicate that PT. Taspen Bekasi Branch has implemented efficient service procedures, supported by technologies such as the Taspen Online Service (TOS) and Andal by Taspen for biometric authentication. This facilitates pensioners' access to services without physical visits, despite challenges like internet connectivity and technological literacy. The author contributed to document verification and user education on the application, enhancing service efficiency. Recommendations include regular employee training, developing offline features for the application, and stricter checkpoint systems to minimize errors. This report is expected to contribute to improving the quality of pension services at PT. Taspen.
