Abstract

This internship report was prepared to describe in full the “Procurement Process of Goods and Services at PT Bintang Mas Karya Nusantara”. The writing of this internship report was obtained from the results of the author's internship activities at PT Bintang Mas Karya Nusantara. The company is one of the companies engaged in the manufacturing and engineering industry that has been operating since 2012. The purpose of this internship is, first, to identify and describe the various products and services offered by the company. The products offered include Mixing Tanks, CIP Sistems, Pasteurization Sistems, Piping Sistems, and Control Panels. In addition, the company also provides services such as isometric & 3D design, sistem installation, commissioning, and maintenance and retrofit of industrial equipment. Second, to explain in detail the stages in the procurement process. The procurement process includes requests for needs by related departments, vendor selection, comparative price analysis, negotiation, issuance of purchase orders, to the payment process and handover of goods. Third, to explain the stages in the service procurement process. The service procurement process is carried out through identifying service needs, preparing a work reference framework, selecting service providers, implementing work, and evaluating work results and payments. The entire series of processes are carried out based on Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 which contains the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, competition, fairness, and accountability.
