Abstract

This report is based on the author's internship activities at CV Amerta Sejahtera Insani, a company engaged in providing CCTV security systems. The purpose of this report is to find out how the company's promotion strategy through social media at CV Amerta Sejahtera Insani. During the internship, the author was involved in digital promotion activities through the Instagram and Facebook platforms which were carried out routinely to increase brand awareness and attract consumers, especially the younger generation. In addition, direct promotion methods such as door-to-door offers and brochure distribution are also still used to reach consumers personally. The results of observations show that promotion through social media is quite effective, but still needs development, especially in content creativity, effectiveness evaluation, and strengthening the digital marketing team. This report also provides benefits to the company, and is expected to provide recommendations for the development of more innovative digital promotion strategies.
