Abstract

Internship Report of the Accounting Study Program, STIE Tri Bhakti with the title "The Role of Billing Staff in Improving the Efficiency of the BPJS Kesehatan Contribution Collection Through the Simanis Website". This study aims to find out how the role of collection staff in the implementation of billing to the Government, the implementation of billing to Non-Government Through the Simanis Website which is engaged in the field of accounting information systems, billing to the government is PBI consists of (APBN, APBD), Non-Government consists of (PPU, MANDIRI). The results of the study show that Billing Staff plays an important role as the main manager of contribution data, monitors payments, and follows up on the arrears of JKN participants. The research methods used are Document Analysis, Literature Studies, and Observation. This research was conducted at the BPJS Kesehatan Office Bekasi City Branch which is engaged in health insurance, which is one of the programs in the National Social Security System (SJSN) in Indonesia, the Billing Process organized by the Billing Staff through the simanis website which is engaged in the field of accounting information systems has been organized and in accordance with the Prosedur Operational Standards (SOP) seen through the working mechanism of the simanis website that has been compiled starting from collection to the relevant party or to the Regional Head, so that the BPJS Kesehatan contribution collection process can be monitored and well organized.
