Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the impact of service quality, ease of use, and discounts on customers’ decisions to use Grab Bike through an online motorcycle taxi application in Pekayon Jaya, Bekasi City. The target population comprises Grab application users who work as employees in the Pekayon Jaya area. The sampling technique employed in this study is purposive sampling, with a total sample size of 260 respondents. This study utilizes multiple regression analysis to evaluate the data. The findings reveal that: (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Grab Bike in the specified area; (2) ease of use also has a positive and significant influence on user decisions; (3) discounts significantly and positively impact the decision to use Grab Bike; and (4) collectively, service quality, ease of use, and discounts exert a significant and positive influence on the decision to use Grab Bike in Pekayon Jaya, Bekasi City. Based on the coefficient of determination test using SPSS version 26, the R Square value obtained is 0.826. This indicates that 82.6% of the variation in user decision-making is explained by the three variables studied, while the remaining 17.4% is influenced by other factors not included in this research
