Abstract

The performance of the Rawalumbu District Office in Bekasi is influenced by internal factors such as the work environment, motivation, and work discipline. However, based on data on employee performance over the past three years, there has been a decline, which can affect the work environment, motivation, and work discipline, leading to a decrease in the achievement of targets and goals of the Rawalumbu District Office. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Rawalumbu Subdistrict Office in Bekasi. The sampling technique used in this study employs the saturated sampling method. The sample taken consists of 55 respondents who are office employees. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) a positive and significant effect of the environment variable on employee performance, (2) a positive and significant effect of the motivation variable on employee performance, (3) a positive and significant effect of the work discipline variable on employee performance, (4) a positive and significant effect of the environment, motivation, and work discipline variables on employee performance. The results of the Determination Coefficient test analysis using SPSS version 27 show an Adjusted R Square value of 0,426 or 42,6%, which means that the environment, motivation, and work discipline contribute 42,6% to influencing employee performance, and the remaining 57,4% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
