Abstract
This research was conducted at Asco Daihatsu Bekasi Branch located at Jl. Diponegoro NO. 49, Setiamekar, Tambun Selatan District, Bekasi City, West Java 17510. This research is a quantitative research using SPSS 25, as a tool for data processing with purposive sampling technique used in this research. The results of this study indicate that Work Life Balance (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention (Y), which can be proven by the multiple linear regression test value of (b1) 0.857 and the calculated t value> t table, namely 6.971> 2.04523 and a significance value of 0.00> 0.05. Meanwhile, the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) showed a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Turnover Intention (Y), as evidenced by the multiple linear regression test value (b2) of 0.031, the calculated t value > t table, i.e., 0.327 > 2.04523, and a significance value of 0.746 > 0.05. Work-Life Balance (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on employee turnover intention (Y), as evidenced by the calculated f value of 24.867 > f table 3.32 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
