Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the effect of profitability and company growth on firm value. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, which uses samples with specific criteria. The sample used in this study is 12 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2024 period. The data used is secondary data, obtained directly from financial reports and annual reports from the websites https://www.idx.co.id/id https://www.idnfinancials.com/id/ and each company's website. The data analysis technique used to test the hypotheses is multiple regression analysis using Eviews12 software. The study found that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and firm growth also has a positive and significant effect on firm value. This study focuses on firm value, which is a novel study in discussing the relationship between profitability and firm growth.
